Newly built semi-detached house (2013) with approximately 84 m² for up to 6 people. The ground floor features a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area. A comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed) invites you to relax. The fitted kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, etc. From the living room, you can access the two terraces (east- and south-facing). These are furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair where you can enjoy the sunshine. A storage area under the stairs provides ample space for your luggage. The first floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), as well as built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There is also a shower room/WC. The attic contains another bedroom with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have a TV connection. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is prohibited!
